Free delivery:

Items are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process. 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. 

Shipping and handling time: 1-2 days processing/handling (excluding weekend and holidays)

Our interest is to satisfy and retain our customers, not the other way round, it would make no sense, therefore everything is done to ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from the receipt of your payment.

We undertake to deliver the items ordered as soon as possible. The delivery time is 10/14 days depending on the articles and the available stock. However, the average delivery time is approximately 8 to 12 days.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in your letterbox and you will be able to collect the parcel from your post office. This will take a maximum of 15 days.
